With the dedicated support, facilitation, and strong commitment from the leadership team and staff of SwiftHub, the field trip and practical learning experience for students of the Logistics and Supply Chain Management program, under the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Van Hien University, was successfully and safely conducted, delivering substantial academic and practical value. The responsible and professional engagement of SwiftHub clearly reflects the role of a pioneering logistics enterprise in bridging higher education with real-world production and business operations.
On December 16, 2025, within the framework of the experiential learning activity themed “Stepping Out of the Classroom, Entering the Flow of Supply Chains,” students had the opportunity to directly explore the operational environment at SwiftHub — a modern fulfillment center serving e-commerce and multi-channel distribution. The program was systematically and scientifically organized, enabling students to gain a comprehensive view of the logistics flow in practice.

With the spirit of “Stepping Out of the Classroom, Entering the Flow of Supply Chains,” the field trip enabled students to directly engage with an authentic logistics environment, where concepts such as warehousing, order processing, inventory management, packaging–sorting, and delivery are no longer confined to textbooks but come to life through each operational procedure.
Under the guidance of Meritorious Teacher, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vũ Ngọc Bích, students were introduced to a comprehensive end-to-end logistics workflow: from inbound receipt of goods, storage within high-rack warehouse systems, and organized picking–packing operations, to order control through information technology and preparation for last-mile delivery. SwiftHub’s team of experts provided in-depth insights into the e-fulfillment model, the role of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), real-time data, and solutions for optimizing warehouse operational efficiency.

The experience extended beyond mere observation, providing a space for in-depth professional interaction. Students actively raised questions, discussed real-world scenarios, and compared theoretical knowledge with actual operational practices at the enterprise. Through this engagement, they gained a clearer understanding of the requirements for systems thinking, technological competence, and professional work ethics expected of logistics personnel in the context of rapid digital transformation and the strong growth of e-commerce.

The highlight of the field experience extended beyond observing processes, emphasizing two-way interaction: students actively asked questions, discussed real-world scenarios, and connected their theoretical knowledge with actual business operations. Through this engagement, they gained a deeper understanding of the gap between theory and practice, while also identifying the skills and competencies necessary for their future professional journey.

The visit to SwiftHub served as a vivid demonstration of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology at Van Hien University’s educational approach, which emphasizes strong university–industry collaboration, enhanced practical experience, and the development of professional competencies. The university sincerely appreciates the cooperation and support of SwiftHub and looks forward to further expanding this strategic partnership, contributing to the training of high-quality logistics professionals for society and the economy.
